Shipping Costs & Taxes

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. PapyriEira is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For packages lost in transit, please allow for the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will assist you in initiating a trace with the shipping carrier.
