At PapyriEira, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our stationery products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of notebooks, journals, file folders, storage items, or pens & writing tools, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging, including any tags or protective wrapping.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Personalized or monogrammed notebooks, journals, or writing tools.
- Opened packages of pens or ink refills.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds
You will receive the refund for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our mistake, we will also refund the standard shipping cost.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including all shipping charges.
